User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77win game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing 77win game, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, or placing any wager on any game or event offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by all its provisions without qualification.

This Agreement applies to all Pakistani players accessing 77win game from any city or region in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and all other areas. It applies regardless of the device or browser used to access the platform.

1.1 By registering an account on 77win game, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. 77win game strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any PKR balance present in an account found to be held by a minor will not be returned.

1.2 You further represent that you are accessing 77win game on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party, not for any commercial purpose, and not in any professional or syndicate capacity that is inconsistent with recreational gaming.

1.3 You confirm that the personal information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

1.4 You acknowledge that you are participating in real-money gaming activities and that such activities carry an inherent risk of financial loss. 77win game does not guarantee any winnings, nor does the platform make any representation that gaming activity will be profitable for any Pakistani player.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or responsible gaming database at the time of registration.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 77win game or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must register using your own authentic identity details — proxy, shared, or fictitious identity registrations are prohibited.

2.1 Each Pakistani player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 77win game. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim promotional offers multiple times or accidentally — are a violation of this Agreement. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 77win game reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any bonus-derived winnings.

2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77win game login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any other person. 77win game will not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.3 If you suspect that your 77win game account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the English-language customer support channel. 77win game will take prompt steps to secure your account pending an investigation. You remain liable for all activity on your account until you provide such notification.

2.4 Account verification may be required at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. 77win game may request documentation including a copy of your Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.5 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 77win game customer support in English. Upon account closure, any outstanding eligible PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 3.

3.1 All financial transactions on 77win game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77win game does not apply hidden currency conversion charges on PKR deposits or withdrawals made through supported Pakistani payment methods, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and major Pakistani banks such as HBL.

3.2 Deposits are credited to your 77win game account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. 77win game is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the 77win game finance team following a formal request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Pakistani players from fraudulent withdrawal redirection.

3.4 77win game reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. During this process, the relevant withdrawal amount will be held temporarily and will not be available for wagering. • Withdrawals require a fully verified account in good standing.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.1 All promotional offers made available to Pakistani players on 77win game — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and any other incentive programme — are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

4.2 Bonus funds and free bet credits are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes available for withdrawal.

4.3 77win game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Where an offer has already been accepted by a Pakistani player and is in progress, reasonable adjustment will be made to prevent unreasonable disadvantage to the player.

5.1 All wagers placed on 77win game are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Cricket betting markets, including HBL Pakistan Super League events, Asian handicap markets, and international matches, are governed by the sportsbook rules available within the Pakistan Sportsbook section of the platform.

5.2 Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the 77win game system, it may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. In the event of a system or pricing error that results in an obviously incorrect odds display, 77win game reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the relevant PKR amount to the player's account balance.

5.3 Live casino games, including Teen Patti Gold, Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger, are governed by the rules of each respective game as administered by the live dealer. Any technical disconnection during a live casino session that prevents a round from completing will be handled in accordance with the platform's disconnection policy, which prioritises the return of the at-risk wager amount to the player.

5.4 Jackpot slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). 77win game does not influence slot outcomes. Jackpot prize amounts are those displayed in the game interface at the time the winning spin occurs and are paid in full in PKR.

6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77win game. Pakistani players found to be engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and any PKR balance or pending withdrawals may be withheld pending a full investigation.

• Using automated software, bots, scripting tools, or any artificial intelligence mechanism to interact with 77win game games, odds displays, or withdrawal systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any arrangement that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event offered in the Pakistan Sportsbook.
• Using the 77win game platform to launder funds derived from illegal activities.
• Accessing 77win game using a VPN, proxy service, or any technical method designed to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargeback fraud — initiating payment reversals with a bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately credited and used for wagering on 77win game.
• Impersonating another individual or providing false identity documents during the verification process.

7.1 77win game is committed to supporting safe and responsible gaming behaviour among all Pakistani players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the account dashboard following login. These tools include PKR deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

7.2 Self-exclusion is a formal process by which a Pakistani player requests that 77win game block access to their account for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the English-language support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not receive promotional communications from 77win game.

8.1 77win game provides the platform, games, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77win game makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds displays, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

8.2 77win game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Pakistani player's use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses sustained through wagering, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond 77win game's reasonable control.

8.3 In the event of a force majeure — including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or major sporting event cancellations — 77win game's obligations under this Agreement are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. Affected wagers will be handled in accordance with the platform's standard void and refund procedures.

8.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 77win game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9.1 All content on 77win game — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, game graphics, odds presentation interfaces, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77win game or its licensed content providers. Pakistani players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access this content for personal entertainment purposes only.

9.2 Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any element of the 77win game platform without express written authorisation from 77win game is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Pakistani players to 77win game may be used by 77win game at its discretion without compensation or attribution to the player, unless a separate written agreement providing otherwise has been executed.

10.1 77win game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Pakistani players will be notified through the contact details registered on their account — by email or by in-platform notification — with a reasonable period to review the changes before they take effect.

10.2 A player's continued use of 77win game following the effective date of a notified amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a player does not accept the revised terms, they should contact the support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any eligible PKR balance prior to the effective date.

10.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without amendment.
